Please include your device/OS, CountryWall version, the action you tried and what happened. You may add a screenshot if useful, after removing personal information. Do not send passwords or private photo libraries.

Saving and applying

Allow add-only Photos access on iOS when saving. Set the saved image as wallpaper using iOS.
On Android 9 or earlier, Save may need storage-write permission. Apply uses Android's wallpaper service; supported targets depend on the device.
An image not in the local cache needs an internet connection. A saved favorite is a bookmark, not a guaranteed offline download.
Matching pairs contain two images. A partial save can be retried for the remaining image.

Privacy requests

Use the same email for access or deletion questions. Read our Privacy Policy for local data, optional Firebase services and provider retention. Change Share usage data and Share crash diagnostics independently in Settings.
