Terms of Use

A few clear ground rules for bringing a little more of the world to your screen.

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Version 1.0

1. About CountryWall

CountryWall is a wallpaper app for Android and iOS and its accompanying information website, provided by Ihor Urbanskyi. Use the service in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Store and operating-system terms also apply to the actions they provide.

2. Availability and the free first release

The first release is planned with the entire V1 catalog free, without ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases. No account is required. This website is a pre-release showcase; it does not mean the app is already available in stores or every displayed image will be included at launch. Content and feature availability may change. Any future paid offer would require separate information and your explicit purchase confirmation.

3. Using the images

You may use images made available through CountryWall as personal wallpapers on your devices. Built-in sharing lets you pass a selected image through the system share sheet; it does not transfer copyright or grant commercial-use rights. Any separately identified image licence and attribution requirements continue to apply. Do not sell, sublicense or redistribute the catalog as your own image library without the relevant rights holder’s permission. Do not remove required attribution.

4. Artwork and places

Images may be digitally created, AI-assisted or artistically enhanced interpretations of places. They are not documentary photographs, current travel information or evidence of a place’s present condition. Names and coordinates help visitors understand the collections; they are not navigation data.

5. Your device, saves and sharing

Android wallpaper installation and available screen targets depend on the device and operating system. On iOS, save to Photos and install the image through the system. You control permissions, saved copies and sharing recipients. A favourite is a local bookmark, not a guarantee of offline access. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove gallery copies, installed wallpapers or images already shared.

6. Responsible use

Do not use the service to infringe rights, break the law, bypass protections, disrupt operation or bulk-copy the catalog through automated means. These terms do not restrict uses expressly permitted by law. If you believe an image infringes your rights, contact the developer with its title, the basis of your complaint and information supporting your rights.

7. Privacy

The separate Privacy Policy describes data processing. Optional usage data and crash diagnostics have independent controls and start off. Email support and system services you choose are also subject to the relevant providers’ terms.

8. Availability and your rights

We aim to keep the service reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, an absence of errors or permanent availability of a particular image. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights, remedies or legal guarantees. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to you remain in effect.

9. Updates and contact

We may update the service and these terms. The current version is available here with its update date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law. For questions, support or rights concerns, use the address below.
